Lead and direct activities to ensure that the processes and products of the Dallas Group of America, Inc. meet or exceed company/customer expectations in quality and cost.

Basic Function

  • Manage the Dallas Group of America’s Quality Management System (QMS) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) program which includes Food Safety/Defense Programs (SQF).
  • Report to top management the levels of quality achieved and identify those areas requiring improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs that teach the appropriate use of quality tools at work.
  • Manage a team of Quality Assurance Professionals and Quality Control Laboratory Analysts.


  • Implement and manage all programs required to maintain conformance with Dallas Group QMS and GMP programs.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years in Quality Management in a manufacturing environment.
