Description

Lead and direct activities to ensure that the processes and products of the Dallas Group of America meet or exceed company/customer expectations in quality and cost while maximizing efficiency, economy of operations and profits.

Responsibilities

  • Confers with Plant Manager on directives, policy and goals
  • Communicate and disseminate information to team
  • Report and Analyze sales and operational data for effective planning and decision-making
  • Manage, Evaluate and Develop people and schedules
  • Coordinates activities of departments i.e. operations, maintenance, engineering, quality, and logistics.
  • Analyze costs and negotiate best prices on services and materials
  • Serve as Safety lead person
  • Carryout GMP and Safety practices and policies
  • Uphold the Core Values of the Company

Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of experience Plant Supervision
  • Minimal Travel
