Description

The Dallas Group of America is currently seeking a Strategic Account Representative responsible for the sales growth of our McDonald’s US account while ensuring customer satisfaction. This position will collaborate with District and Regional resources supporting the account and will monitor the Company’s performance to provide an “Only Customer” experience. Provides identified strategic account support by implementing account specific strategic and tactical plans and enhances account representative relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and cultivate relationships at the regional level of the customer
  • Provide effective support and communications to regional level customer decision makers, including Operations, Training, Quality, and Customer Experience
  • Develop and coordinate programs at both the district and regional levels to improve product utilization (compliance) and customer value
  • Provide continual re-enforcement of the Company value proposition at the regional strategic account level of the customer
  • Understand the Company business system, to be able to intercede on the customer’s behalf when a problem or special requirement arises
  • Independently solve customer problems or special requirements
  • Assess the training and support needs at the restaurant and Regional level to ensure Company product performance and provide or coordinate the training required
  • Develop and present customized training programs for large organization and management groups
  • Understand the Company product chemistry and frying oil filtration process in order to provide technical assistance and trouble shooting
  • Demonstrate the knowledge and personality to act as and be accepted as a frying oil solution expert
  • Maintain a complete understanding of the account’s business goals, strategy, products and equipment
  • Collaborates and provides input with marketing team to develop customized marketing communication material for the account
  • Provide market, customer, competitive intelligence
  • Develop monthly territory management plans to cost effectively cover and support the territory
  • Timely and accurate utilization of all management software including CRM and Concur

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in related field or commensurate experience
  • MANDATORY – Previous McDonald’s management experience (Area Supervisor, Business Consultant or above) or direct McDonald’s – Supplier experience
  • Operational Expertise in QSR, Restaurant Industry
  • Strong interpersonal, written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Company operations and chemistry knowledge
  • Ability to travel extensively by car and air
  • Position based in Whitehouse, NJ
