The Dallas Group of America, Inc. is seeking a DMS Coordinator as part of our Quality team with experience in a Food Safety related environment. Scope: Responsible for the company’s Document Management System (DMS) and compliance with the company’s specified standard (SQF).
Document Mgmt, Training, Auditing and Customer Related Documentation.
Document formatting and registration.
Maintain all documents within DMS (control number assignment, controlled locations).
Maintain all Quality and Food Safety training records.
Develop standards are document control (compliant with certification authority).
Train other personnel on proper document control.
Practice continual improvement of training systems.
Conduct internal audits and assist with 3rd party audits.
Complete customer supplier questionnaires.
BA/BS degree preferred and/or 3+ years experience in DMS role
DMS systems experience with GFSI (Food Safety) manufacturer (preferred)
Computer Skills – MS Office, Google and ERP programs
Excellent organization and written documentation skills
Good verbal skills, timely and punctual meeting work demands
