Description

The Dallas Group of America, Inc. is seeking a DMS Coordinator as part of our Quality team with experience in a Food Safety related environment. Scope: Responsible for the company’s Document Management System (DMS) and compliance with the company’s specified standard (SQF).

Responsibilities

  • Document Mgmt, Training, Auditing and Customer Related Documentation.
  • Document formatting and registration.
  • Maintain all documents within DMS (control number assignment, controlled locations).
  • Maintain all Quality and Food Safety training records.
  • Develop standards are document control (compliant with certification authority).
  • Train other personnel on proper document control.
  • Practice continual improvement of training systems.
  • Conduct internal audits and assist with 3rd party audits.
  • Complete customer supplier questionnaires.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree preferred and/or 3+ years experience in DMS role
  • DMS systems experience with GFSI (Food Safety) manufacturer (preferred)
  • Computer Skills – MS Office, Google and ERP programs
  • Excellent organization and written documentation skills
  • Good verbal skills, timely and punctual meeting work demands
