Description
The Dallas Group of America, Inc. is seeking a DMS Coordinator as part of our Quality team with experience in a Food Safety related environment. Scope: Responsible for the company’s Document Management System (DMS) and compliance with the company’s specified standard (SQF).
Responsibilities
- Document Mgmt, Training, Auditing and Customer Related Documentation.
- Document formatting and registration.
- Maintain all documents within DMS (control number assignment, controlled locations).
- Maintain all Quality and Food Safety training records.
- Develop standards are document control (compliant with certification authority).
- Train other personnel on proper document control.
- Practice continual improvement of training systems.
- Conduct internal audits and assist with 3rd party audits.
- Complete customer supplier questionnaires.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree preferred and/or 3+ years experience in DMS role
- DMS systems experience with GFSI (Food Safety) manufacturer (preferred)
- Computer Skills – MS Office, Google and ERP programs
- Excellent organization and written documentation skills
- Good verbal skills, timely and punctual meeting work demands
