The Dallas Group is seeking an experienced Regional Business Manager for it’s Food Service Products for the West U.S. Territory. This includes CA, CO, WY, MT, ID, UT, NV, OR, WA. You will work out of your home-based office near a major airport. This is a must as the role requires 65% travel. You will have one direct report, a District Manager reporting to you in CA.
Sales growth through compliance, new customers and customer satisfaction.
Additionally, you may carry a significant National account responsibility.
Provide continual re-enforcement of corporate Value Proposition.
Insure development and implementation of programs to improve product utilization (compliance) and customer value throughout the region, maintain relationships at franchise headquarters, and national chain local operations.
Insure development and presentation to the customer of annual tactical and strategic business plans for each major regional chain headquartered in the territory.
Prepare and execute account sales plan in support of the Director of Food Service Sales and company goals, optimizing the growth opportunity at the account.
Executive level sales ability.
Personnel management capability.
Demonstrated project coordination.
High level of financial and business acumen.
Proven ability to effectively interact with upper level management.
Prior experience with major QSR customers.
Food Service Supply Experience.
Knowledge of food service products.
